I acquired Diamond SIS, Inc. from Account Control Technology, Inc. in April, 2015, who was my employer at the time of the acquisition. I had held various senior positions at Account Control Technology, Inc., and when Diamond became non-core to the company's primary mission, I approached the Chairman of the Board with a proposition to buy the company, which obviously he accepted.
Diamond SIS, Inc., is a leading provider of Student Information Software to the propreitary college and university markets. Founded in 2001, the founders created an integrated school management software at the request of a customer in Puerto Rico. From the beginning, the company was hands on and service oriented.
Today, 15 years later, we serve over 275 campuses nationwide (including Puerto Rico) and we continue to develop and grow our core software and continue to invest in accessory software products, compliance reporting and other useful management information tool sets.
